WHAT DOES IT DO?

Both formulas with detergents and dispersants art, make cleaning, remove and clean carbon deposits, soot and other, causing extreme obstruction of particulate filters.

WHEN SHOULD IT BE USED? - FOR:

Remove, clean and remove all kinds of elements in FAP / DPF saturated. Restore the proper functioning and future vehicle regeneration processes. Specific vehicles that fail the normal process of regeneration to be saturated to a value greater than 99%. Avoiding costly replacement processes such devices.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The particulate filter cleaner kit Tratauto, should always be performed in two phases for optimal removal of obstructions and restore correct operation for an extended period of time all kinds of particle filters.

They include two products:

Cleaner 1000ML particulate filters.
Regenerator FAP / DPF 1000ML.
Optional: Gun with application cannula

PHASE 1. CLEANER FAP / DPF:

NOTE: Engine environment and security conditions necessary temperature.

Remove / disengage the inlet temperature of the FAP / DPF or pressure sensor.
Add the package of gun tube, 200 ml Cleaner particulate filters.
Insert the cannula of the gun by the inlet of the sensor and pull the trigger until all the content can be distributed evenly within the FAP / DPF device.
Wait for 10-15 minutes, let the product, engine off.

PHASE 2. REGENERATOR FAP / DPF:

Add the package of gun tube, 200 ml Regenerator particulate filters.
Apply the product by following the steps mentioned in paragraph 4 and 5.
Attach again the temperature sensor / pressure, check connections, tighten ...
Start the engine to reach operating temperature. (Area required ventilation conditions).
Perform a distance of 20 km, in a regime of 2500/3000 RPM until the warning FAP / DPF not appear in the box.

Other details

You may be required to clear the error diagnosis.
You may be required to achieve a forced regeneration to achieve optimal results
We recommend repeating the operation in extremely saturated filters.
For a complete maintenance (corrective / preventive), we recommend adding a particulate filter cleaner, tourism presentation, 300ML, (Ref: PC-500), directly to the fuel tank.

WARNINGS FOR USE: Strictly adhere to security requirements, use of protective goggles and gloves.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND MAINTENANCE

Correct maintenance prevents expensive repairs. For this reason our Technical Department recommends:

Clean and service the whole fuel circuit:

2 years - 30,000 Km

Add the product as a preventive measure:

1 year - 15,000 Km

MOTOR FLUSH - 300 ml.

DESCRIPTION

Treatment formulated for eliminating varnishes, sludge and solid remains from all the internal engine parts.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

It contains special additives that treat, dissolve and clean varnishes, deposits and residues in only 5 minutes.

Does not damage gaskets or oil seals.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Start the engine and wait until it reaches running temperature
Switch off the engine and remove the oil filler cap
Add the contents of the product
Replace the oil filler cap
Switch on the engine and leave it idle for a MAXIMUM OF 5 MINUTES
Switch off the engine and extract the oil through the lower crankcase.
Must be performed by a professional expert

MT2000 SINTHETYC METAL TREATMENT - 236 ml.

DESCRIPTION

100% synthetic, cutting-edge treatment that has been especially formulated to reduce wear and friction on all types of metals and alloys.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

It creates a thin layer over the internal engine components, reducing friction and wear, thus improving performance and lowering consumption. It drastically reduces the mechanical force and friction on all the metallic parts of the engine. It does not alter the colour, density and volume of the oil.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

With the engine switched off, remove the oil filler cap
Add the contents of the product
Replace the engine oil filler cap.

ITV DIESEL - 150 ml.

DESCRIPTION

Highly concentrated, improved formula for diesel engines.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

Re-establishes correct air/fuel mix, thus reducing the levels of HC, CO and NOx.

Ideal formula for ensuring the parameters adjust to the regulations of the Vehicle Inspection Test

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Remove the fuel tank cap
Empty the contents of the container into the tank with a low amount of fuel
Replace the cap of the tank
Start the engine and leave it idle for 5-8 minutes
Drive for about 20 Km or more, keeping the revolutions at a normal level.

COMPRESSION ENGINE - 118 ml.

DESCRIPTION

State-of-the-art formula that significantly re-establishes engine compression.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

It quickly and efficiently reduces the emission of polluting gases due to oil combustion assessed by the Vehicle Inspection Test. It reduces the tolerances between the cylinder liner and piston.

It does not alter the colour, density and volume of the oil.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

With the engine switched off, remove the oil filler cap
Add the contents of the product after changing the oil
Replace the engine oil filler cap.

ITV PETROL - 150 ml.
