DESCRIPTION

Product formulated to seal leaks in the cooling system. It can remain inside the circuit with risk of obstruction.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

Seals cracks in radiators, cylinder heads and blocks while the product remains in the system.

WHEN SHOULD IT BE USED? - FOR:

Efficiently sealing leaks in radiators made of copper, brass, aluminium and plastic
Sealing leaks in heating radiators
Reducing the consumption of anti-freeze lost by evaporation in engines that work at high temperatures
Sealing critical points of the radiator, such as: plastic-metal joints, creases and vertices.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Check that the circuit is clean
Shake the container until the components have mixed together perfectly
With the engine at room temperature and without pressure, remove the cap of the cooling system’s expansion tank/radiator
Add the contents of the product and replace the cap on the expansion tank/radiator
Start the engine and wait until it has heated to running temperature
Check that the leak has been properly sealed.

Must be performed by a professional expert

WARNING REGARDING USE

It is not necessary to replace the anti-freeze/coolant.

DESCRIPTION

Formulated for cleaning and eliminating remains of oil and grease from the whole cooling system.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

Its main purpose is to eliminate the oil emulsion in water, in order to efficiently extract residues of oil.

WHEN SHOULD IT BE USED? - FOR:

Eliminating all traces of oil from the cooling system after a breakage in the cooler or cylinder head gasket
For stirring and cleaning sediment from the cooling system
Re-establishing the proper temperature exchange between the radiator/engine and components
Suitable for use in radiator cleaning machines.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

If there is a very high concentration of oil, previously evacuate the circuit and rinse with water.
With the engine at room temperature and without pressure, remove the cap of the cooling system’s expansion tank/radiator
Add the contents of the product
Replace the cap on the expansion tank/radiator
Start the engine and wait until it has heated to running temperature
Leave the engine idle for 30 minutes and check that the temperature does not exceed the normal range of performance
Switch off the engine and wait until the temperature and pressure in the circuit have reduced
Empty the circuit and rinse with abundant water until the last residues have been eliminated
Fill the circuit with anti-freeze /coolant with the proportions given by the manufacturer

Replace the cap on the expansion tank/radiator.
Must be performed by a professional expert

WARNING REGARDING USE

Because it does not contain abrasive elements, it can be used in any type of engine without any risk of damage

In very contaminated circuits, repeat the process.

Stirring, cleaning, dissolving and eliminating all kinds of sediment
Re-establishing the proper temperature exchange between the radiator/engine and components.
